The exhibition features works by 55 artists from 18 Russian cities and invites viewers to take a fresh look at the archetypal foundations of the Russian mentality by turning to the deeper layers of folk culture.

The exhibition offers a contemporary perspective on the Russian folk tale as a universal narrative of human existence — from the simplicity of everyday life to the essential stages of spiritual growth.

Creation of a musical and sound-based environment for 3 exhibition zones.
The project used custom Arduino-based players that automatically started and stopped the music across all exhibition zones.

Scope of work:

• music and sound scenes for three exhibition zones;
• an autonomous system for starting and stopping sound playback;
• adaptation of the musical material for a museum space.
